**Job Title:** Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist - Full Time

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process and manage all incoming invoices and outgoing payments in a timely manner.
- Validate and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Generate and distribute customer invoices, monitor accounts to ensure payments are received in accordance with agreed terms.
- Handle and resolve client or vendor inquiries related to financial transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts payable and receivable status and aging for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper budget management and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable, or related finance position, but willing to train the right individual.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
